2. Description of Service
NXagents provides an AI agent platform that enables users to:
- Create and manage autonomous AI agents
- Connect agents to external services via APIs and integrations
- Execute automated tasks including research, content creation, trading, and communication
- Store and manage agent memories and configurations
3. User Accounts
To use NXagents, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use NXagents to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use agents for illegal financial activities or market manipulation
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Important: You are solely responsible for the actions of AI agents operating under your account, including any content they generate, transactions they execute, and communications they send on your behalf.
5. Third-Party Integrations
NXagents allows integration with third-party services (e.g., Twitter/X, email providers, trading platforms). When using these integrations:
- You must comply with the terms of service of each third-party platform
- You authorize NXagents to access these services on your behalf using credentials you provide
- NXagents is not responsible for actions taken by third-party services
- You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party services
6. API Credentials and Security
When storing API credentials with NXagents:
- Credentials are encrypted at rest
- You should only provide minimum necessary permissions
- You can revoke access at any time through your dashboard
- NXagents will never share your credentials with third parties
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using NXagents. By using our service, you grant NXagents a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.
NXagents and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NXagents and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- NXagents is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for financial losses from trading activities or investment decisions made by AI agents
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NXagents, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service ceases immediately
- We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
